Lucinda Williams on the tour trail behind "Blessed"
The wheels are rolling once again for singer/songwriter Lucinda Williams, who is out on the road backing up her latest album, "Blessed."
The three-time Grammy winner next hits the stage Tuesday (10/11) in Little Rock, AR, then hits St. Louis and Memphis. After a pair of shows in the Carolinas and a three-night stand in Florida, Williams and company follow the Appalachian Trail from Chattanooga, TN, to Lebanon, NH, before stopping in Buffalo, NY, on Nov. 6.
The roadwork picks up five days later with a western run that kicks off in Lawrence, KS, and wraps with a pair of shows Nov. 19-20 at the Fillmore in San Francisco. A Jan. 27 performance at UCLA's Royce Hall in Los Angeles is also posted on the alt-country singer's tour schedule.
With appearances by Elvis Costello and Matthew Sweet, "Blessed" is Lucinda Williams' 10th studio album overall, and features Williams' first ever music video for the single, "Copenhagen," which can be viewed at her official website.
