Miranda Lambert wraps up "Revolution" run
Country songstress Miranda Lambert has revealed the last leg of her "The Revolution Continues" tour, just in time for the November release of her latest effort, "Four the Record."
The final "Revolution" road trip begins Sept. 8 in Terre Haute, IN, and pushes through 22 major markets across the country. The trek wraps up with an Oct. 22 performance in Jonesboro, AR.
"The revolution continues but not for too much longer," Lambert posted at her website earlier this month. "Don't miss your last chance to see us on the road this year."
Lambert released "Revolution," her third studio effort, in September 2009. The Columbia Records album, which topped Billboard's Top Country Albums chart and peaked at No. 8 on The Billboard 200, took home trophies for Album of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards and the Country Music Association Awards.
In the July, the newlywed performer (Lambert and fellow country star Blake Shelton tied the knot in May) announced the Nov. 1 release of her aptly titled four studio set, "Four the Record." Her previous three albums have all received platinum certification, selling more than a million copies each since their respective releases.
