Sondre Lerche returns to U.S. for fall run

After extensive touring in the U.S. earlier this year, Norwegian singer/songwriter Sondre Lerche will be back for more dates in the Northeast and South this fall.
The tour opens Nov. 10 with three shows in Texas, and finishes up Dec. 2 in Brooklyn, NY, where the soon to be 29-year old now resides for part of the year. The native of Bergen, Norway's second largest city, will be touring behind his eponymous release, out since June. Minneapolis-based duo Peter Wolf Crier will provide support for all but the Dallas and Austin shows. With a songwriting style that Entertainment Weekly compares to Burt Bacharach, Lerche has been putting out albums and touring globally since 2001. He provided most of the soundtrack for "Dan in Real Life" as well as the song "Dear Laughing Doubters" for the 2010 film "Dinner for Schmucks."
