Robert Plant and the Sensational Shape Shifters head out behind new album
Robert Plant and the Sensational Shape Shifters will spend a little time on the tour trail in the coming weeks, drumming up support for a brand-new album entitled "Lullaby and...The Ceaseless Roar."
The iconic English rocker and his band will begin the quick journey with a Sept. 25 performance in Port Chester, NY. A two-night gig in Brooklyn follows, celebrating the 50th anniversary of Nonesuch Records, as well as stops in Toronto (9/30), Chicago (10/2), Denver (10/4) and Los Angeles (10/7).
Citi card members can purchase presale tickets, which include a copy of the new album, beginning Aug. 12. The general public can buy tickets beginning Aug. 15.
Plant and crew will unveil "Lullaby and...The Ceaseless Roar" on Sept. 9 via Nonesuch/Warner Bros. Records. The 11-track set marks Plant's 10th solo effort and the first with his band the Sensational Shape Shifters.
