Paul McCartney unleashes handful of U.S. summer dates
Paul McCartney has confirmed four U.S. performances this summer, following a round of international arena shows.
The Beatles legend will spend the rest of April and most of May touring South America and Asia before returning stateside for a handful of performances. The domestic dates begin with a June 19 concert in New Orleans, LA, and features stops in Louisville, KY (6/26); Albany, NY (7/5); and Pittsburgh, PA (7/7).
More dates will be announced soon, according to McCartney's website.
McCartney is promoting his 16th studio effort, "New," which surfaced last October. The Virgin EMI Records release peaked at No. 3 on both The Billboard 200 and the U.K. Albums chart.
