Weekend Ticketing: Backstreet Boys, Nine Inch Nails, Counting Crows, more
This weekend brings ticket onsales for an array of spring and summertime tours, including a handful of '90s throwback acts. Superstar boy band the Backstreet Boys have unleashed a summer outing, while Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden will join forces for an arena run. Others who will hit the road include Counting Crows and Gavin DeGraw with Matt Nathanson.
Backstreet Boys Fans in nearly two dozen markets will be able to purchase tickets for Backstreet Boys performances beginning this weekend. The itinerary features shows from coast to coast, beginning with a May 22 show in Seattle, WA, and extending through a June 22 concert in Wantagh, NY.
Nine Inch Nails Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden have plotted a co-headlining run this summer. Tickets in several cities go on sale Friday (3/21) and Saturday (3/22), including gigs in Las Vegas, NV (7/19); Bristow, VA (8/4); Austin, TX (8/14); and Hollywood, CA (8/25).
Counting Crows are returning to the tour trail for the first time in several years ahead of a forthcoming new album. The alt-rockers along with openers Toad the Wet Sprocket will canvas the nation, with tickets in the majority of stops going on sale this weekend (3/21-3/22).
Gavin DeGraw and Matt Nathanson will join forces for a theater trek this summer. Tickets for eight of those stops go on sale this weekend, including performances in Toledo, OH (7/17); Hollywood, FL (7/30); and New York City (8/13).
Zac Brown Band
Zac Brown Band are in the midst of delivering their country goodness to fans on a spring and early summer trek. Tickets for four markets are available now: Orange Beach, AL (6/5); Atlanta, GA (6/7); Camden, NJ (6/19); and Bristow, VA (6/22).
Keith Urban's "Fuse" tour will ramp up this summer, and fans in Darien Center, NY (7/25) and Cincinnati, OH (7/31), can now purchase tickets for his arena gigs.
Crossover country artist Darius Rucker continues working the road behind his latest solo effort, "True Believers." Tickets for two stops of the run—Kansas City, MO (6/19), and Nashville, TN (6/2)—go on sale this weekend.
