John Butler Trio hit the road behind "Flesh & Blood"
Australian roots-rock outfit John Butler Trio will drum up support for the impending "Flesh & Blood" with a three-week stateside theater run.
The multi-platinum band will begin the North American journey with a sold-out concert Feb. 3 at New York City's Bowery Ballroom, followed by another sold-out performance Feb. 4 in Brooklyn. Another nine major markets are on the books, including two nights (2/15-2/16) in Vancouver, before the wrap-up Feb. 24 in San Diego.
The John Butler Trio will unveil "Flesh & Blood," the group's sixth studio set, Feb. 4 on Vanguard Records. The effort marks the band's first new material since 2010's "April Uprising," which debuted at No. 36 on The Billboard 200 and at the top of Australia's ARIA chart.
"Only One," the first single from the forthcoming effort, is currently streaming at band's website.
