Jimmy Eat World pushes "Damage" across Europe and parts of the U.S.
Alt-rock act Jimmy Eat World will follow up a late fall run through Europe with a handful of concerts spread across the eastern U.S., all in support of their summertime release, "Damage."
The Arizona natives begin the overseas leg Nov. 6 in Bournemouth, England, and finish up 13 concerts later in mid-November. The U.S. portion kicks off Dec. 6 in Lake Buena Vista, FL, and visits six major markets before finishing up with a New Year's Eve (12/31) show in Chicago.
Jimmy Eat World unveiled "Damage," the group's eighth studio album, in July. The RCA Records release peaked at No. 14 on The Billboard 200 and at Nos. 2 and 4 respectively on the magazine's Top Alternative Albums and Top Rock Albums charts. The effort comes three years after "Invented."
