Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell head out behind " Old Yellow Moon"
Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell will join forces in the coming days for a theater tour behind their collaborative collection, "Old Yellow Moon."
The two singer/songwriters begin the late fall journey with a performance Saturday (10/26) in Lewisburg, PA, and push through 10 more major North American markets through mid-November. Four more shows are confirmed in the New Year, beginning Feb. 1 in Wilmington, NC. More dates will be announced soon, according to Harris' website.
Harris and Crowell unveiled "Old Yellow Moon," their 27th and 10th studio efforts, respectively, in February. The Nonesuch Records release, which was recorded in Nashville and produced by Harris' ex-husband and longtime producer Brian Ahern, peaked at No. 29 on The Billboard 20 and at Nos. 3 and 4 respectively on the magazine's Top Folk Albums and Top Country Albums charts.
