CMA Awards to feature collaborative performances with Taylor Swift, Vince Gill, others

This year's CMA Awards ceremony will feature superstar collaborative performances next month, including Taylor Swift performing alongside Vince Gill and Alison Krauss.

This year's CMA Awards ceremony will feature superstar collaborative performances next month, including Taylor Swift performing alongside Vince Gill and Alison Krauss.

Other confirmed collaborations include Zac Brown with Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters, as well as Hunter Hayes joining forces with Jason Mraz.

"The CMA Awards are renowned for presenting those one-of-a-kind collaborations that everyone is talking about the next day," Ed Hardy, President of the CMA Board of Directors, said in a press release. "This year is no exception and these unique collaborations are not to be missed."

The 47th annual CMA Awards will be hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood for the sixth consecutive year. The ceremony will take place Nov. 6 at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena and will be broadcast on the ABC network.

Swift is in the running for six CMA categories, including Entertainer of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year for "Red," and Single, Musical Event and Music Video of the Year for "Highway Don't Care" with Tim McGraw and Keith Urban.

Gill, who is the fourth-most nominated musician in CMA history with 52 nods, is also nominated for Musical Event of the Year for "Don't Rush" with Kelly Clarkson.
