Lyle Lovett, Huey Lewis & The News on roster for inaugural Lauderdale Live Music Festival

Lyle Lovett, Huey Lewis & The News, the Indigo Girls and others will share stages at the first annual Lauderdale Live Music Festival in early December.

Lyle Lovett, Huey Lewis & The News, the Indigo Girls and others will share stages at the first annual Lauderdale Live Music Festival in early December.

The two-day waterfront event will take place Dec. 7-8 at Huizenga Plaza, with artists including Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Shovels & Rope, Jason Isbell, Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors, The Wild Feathers, Holly Williams, Lee DeWyze and Jillette Johnson. More performers will be announced in the weeks to come, according to a press release.

The festival grounds will also include regional food trucks and restaurants, craft beers and more.

General admission weekend passes, as well as VIP and Captain's passes, are on sale now at the event's website.

Festivalgoers holding Captain's passes will have exclusive access to Friday's Yacht Discovery Experience, which will feature food, drinks and music aboard three luxury yachts, as well as Saturday's official after party at Revolution Live.
