Kanye West furthers "Yeezus" outing with five more shows
Kanye West has added a few second nights to his "Yeezus" run—the performer's first solo trek in five years.
The multi-platinum hip-hop star kicks off the North American leg Oct. 19 in Seattle. Since last check, second shows have been added in five major markets: Los Angeles (10/28); Chicago, IL (11/9); Toronto, Ontario (11/13); Brooklyn (11/20) and New York City (11/24).
The seven-week trek, which will feature support from Kendrick Lamar, is still slated to wrap up Dec. 7 in Houston.
West's sixth studio effort "Yeezus" surfaced in June via Roc-a-Fella Records and Def Jam Recordings. The collection, which features guests Assassin, King L, Frank Ocean and Kid Cudi, among others, debuted at the top of The Billboard 200. It also landed at the top of album charts in 30 other countries, including the U.K. and Australia.
