Journey keeps busy touring North America
Classic rockers Journey have planned a late-summer schedule that mixes festival and fair appearances with arena and amphitheater shows.
The Grammy-nominated act take to the road for a July 19 performance in Cheyenne, WY, followed by another 16 major markets. The six-week outing, which includes three Canadian stops, wraps up Sept. 1 in Snowmass, CO.
Journey most recently unveiled "Eclipse," the band's 14th studio set, which surfaced in 2011. The effort, which features 12 tracks written by singer/guitarist Neal Schon and guitarist/keyboardist Jonathan Cain, peaked at No. 13 on The Billboard 200 and No. 4 on the magazine's Independent Albums and Rock Albums charts.
