Pepper unleashes late spring run ahead of eponymous release
SoCal rockers Pepper will take off on a West Coast club tour ahead of a brand-new self-titled album.
The rock-reggae outfit will began the journey May 9 in Los Angeles and continue tonight (5/10) in Solana Beach, CA. The 18-show trek works its way up the West Coast, finishing up with two Las Vegas performances slated for June 8-9.
The trio -- singer/guitarist Kaleo Wassman, singer/bassist Bret Bollinger and drummer Yesod Williams -- will release their eponymous album July 16 via Law Records. The effort, produced by Matt Wallace (Maroon 5, O.A.R.), follows up their 2009 set, "Pink Crustaceans and Good Vibrations."
"This record feels very cohesive in a way our past releases maybe didn't," Williams said in a press release. "I think it's an album that could appeal to people well beyond our fanbase."
