Kanye, Jay-Z add more cities to "Watch the Throne" trek

Citing "overwhelming" response to presale tickets that hit the market Tuesday (8/2), concert promoter Live Nation has added five more dates for the "Watch the Throne" co-headlining tour featuring hip-hop superstars Kanye West and Jay-Z.
Newly confirmed shows are now set for Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Montreal; Pittsburgh; Kansas City, MO; and Tacoma, WA, according to a press release issued today by the concert promoter.
Presale tickets for the just-announced shows hit the market Friday (8/5) via LiveNation.com, and tickets for all dates go on sale to the general public on Aug. 8. More shows are said to be in the works.
Fans who purchase a ticket to the concert will receive a code to download a digital copy of the duo's collaborative album as The Throne. The album, dubbed "Watch the Throne," will be available exclusively on iTunes on Aug. 8.
