Bright Eyes, Delta Spirit, more sign on for official ACL aftershows

Bright Eyes, Delta Spirit, Iron & Wine and Yim Yames are among the acts that have confirmed official aftershows for this year's nearly sold-out Austin City Limits Festival.
Now a little less than two months away, the 10th annual ACL Fest will take over Austin's Zilker Park Sept. 16-18 and C3 Presents, the festival's promoter, has finalized the aftershow list, which is listed in its entirety below.
Delta Spirit, North Mississippi Allstars, Old Crow Medicine Show and Pretty Lights will each perform in venues throughout the downtown area on the eve of the festival's Sept. 16 kick-off, while Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings will also feature an array of acts after the lights have dimmed on the festival grounds.
Among the acts slated for the post-festival sets: Gary Clark, Jr., Manu Chao La Ventura and Smith Westerns on Friday evening; Bright Eyes, Fitz and The Tantrums and Phosphorescent for Saturday night; and Iron & Wine and Yim Yames on Sunday.
Tickets for all of the aftershows go on sale Thursday (7/28) via the promoter's website. Though three-day passes for ACL Fest sold out months ago, as did one-day tickets for Friday and Saturday, single-day tickets for Sunday admittance are still available via the event's website.
SoundSpike staff will be on the ground for the 10th anniversary festival, delivering reviews and photos throughout the three-day event.
