Andrea Bocelli already lining up Christmas shows

The last holiday season seems barely in the rearview mirror, but Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli already is planning his third consecutive holiday-themed tour for December.
Five shows are currently confirmed for Bocelli's North American holiday run, currently scheduled to get underway Dec. 1 in Columbus, OH, and to make stops in Washington, DC; Tampa, FL; Las Vegas; and Anaheim, CA.
Bocelli has embarked on a Christmas tour each year since the release of his album "My Christmas" in 2009, a set that has sold more than 5 million copies to date.
The only other U.S. show on Bocelli's itinerary so far is a Sept. 15 gig in New York's Central Park, where he'll sing during a free concert on the Great Lawn with the New York Philharmonic, conducted by Alan Gilbert.
