Comment: These safe's are nice looking and fairly sturdy. They are suppose to sound and alarm when opened and the alarm on one (1) of the four(4) I bought did not work. Otherwise, locking mechanisms and size are great for kids.

Comment: I got this safe and it broke within a week. Also, the "alarm" is extremely annoying. Don't even think about keeping anything valuable in here because the lock does not work at all.

Comment: I just received this product in the mail to give to my 9 year old daughter for Christmas, upon opening it, the item looks great, very sturdy looking, then I tried to turn the dial and it was rather hard to turn once it was opened the bell alarm went off constantly until the door is closed.. how annoying, I guess this is not the item I was looking for and am at this moment packing it back up to return it..

Comment: We've had this safe for a couple of years and my son loves it. He keeps his allowance and other favorite toys inside. An bell goes off when he opens it. No operating problems with ours.

Summary: Lock broke immediately
Comment: I bought this as a would-be Christmas gift for my grandson. I tried it first and unlocked the door using the code given but was unable to re-lock it. After several attempts to lock the box, the lock jammed and would not turn in any direction and the door would not lock. Needless to say, I returned it and am presently looking at other options.
