Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews will helm this year's Farm Aid 2013 this fall.

The four legendary musicians, all of whom are festival board members, are among the acts who will perform at the 28th annual one-day fundraising event, slated for Sept. 21 in Saratoga Springs, NY. More artists will be revealed soon, according to the event's website.

Public onsales begin June 28, with ticket prices ranging from $45 to $150.

The iconic fundraising festival began in 1985, with the intention of raising awareness about the loss of family farms and to raise money so farming families can keep their land. Farm Aid has raised more than $43 million to date, according to its website.

The annual music extravaganza changes locations nearly every year. Last year's event took place in Hershey, PA, and featured sets by the board members, as well as Jack Johnson, Kenny Chesney, Jamey Johnson, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals and ALO, among others.
