Of Montreal continues supporting "Paralytic Stalks"
Psychedelic pop outfit Of Montreal will spend part of the spring on a U.S. trek, pushing last year's release "Paralytic Stalks."
The Athens, GA-based band will kick off the club and theater outing with a May 3 appearance in Miami, FL. The 19-city tour crisscrosses the nation in less than a month, wrapping up with a May 28 performance in Honolulu before heading to Nagano, Japan, for a one-off show slated for June 1.
Information on tickets is available at the band's website.
Of Montreal unveiled "Paralytic Stalks," the group's 11th full-length release, in February 2012. The Polyvinyl Records set, which was recorded at frontman Kevin Barnes' own studio, follows 2010's "False Priest." That effort peaked at No. 11 on Billboard's Alternative Albums chart and at No. 14 on the magazine's Rock Albums chart.
