Motley Crue adds Canadian leg to spring schedule
Following a springtime co-headlining Australian leg with KISS, Motley Crue will head to Canada for a month of arena shows.
The rock veterans will tackle seven Australian gigs between Feb. 28 and mid-March before returning to North America for the April 20 Canadian kick-off in Penticton, British Columbia. The 18-city schedule spans six provinces before wrapping up with a one-off U.S. show slated for May 17 in Gilford, NH.
Tickets go on sale to the general public March 1, while pre-sales are available now at the band's website.
The rock outfit's most recent studio album, "Saints of Los Angeles," surfaced in 2008. The set debuted at No. 4 on The Billboard 200.
Early last year, Motley Crue wrapped up a residency at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. After 3 decades together, the band still sports its original lineup of vocalist Vince Neil, guitarist Mick Mars, bassist Nikki Sixx and drummer Tommy Lee.
