Toby Keith puts the "Hammer Down" this summer
Country superstar Toby Keith has charted a North American course for his summertime excursion, dubbed the "Hammer Down Tour."
The touring heavyweight will kick off the warm-weather trek, sponsored by Ford F-Series, with a June 8 performance in Ozark, AR. The 20-city outing, which will include opening support from Kip Moore on most dates, mixes a couple of festival appearances with arena shows before ending Sept. 7 in Indianapolis, IN.
Information about tickets is available at Keith's website.
The "Hammer Down Tour" will support Keith's latest studio effort, "Hope On the Rocks," which surfaced in October via his own Universal Records imprint, Show Dog. The collection peaked at No. 6 on The Billboard 200 and at No. 3 on the magazine's Top Country Albums chart.
"Hope On The Rocks" marks Keith's 16th full-length set and follows 2011's chart-topping release, "Clancy's Tavern."
