Pop-punk outfit Fall Out Boy will return to the tour trail this spring with an extensive run supporting a brand-new album entitled "Save Rock and Roll."

The Grammy-winning foursome, comprised of singer/guitarist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, guitarist Joe Trohman and drummer Andy Hurley, will begin the outing with a May 14 performance in Milwaukee. The 33-city trek hits clubs and theaters from coast to coast before wrapping up June 30 at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium.

Tickets go on sale Feb. 8-9 via Ticketmaster.

"Save Rock and Roll," Fall Out Boy's fifth studio set, will hit retailers worldwide May 6. The collection follows 2008's "Folie a Deux," which was produced by Neal Avron and Pharrell Williams. That gold-certified release peaked at No. 8 on The Billboard 200 and at the top of the magazine's Digital Albums chart.

"When we were kids the only thing that got us through most days was music," the band said in a released statement. "It's why we started Fall Out Boy in the first place. This isn't a reunion because we never broke up. We needed to plug back in and make some music that matters to us."

Fans can preorder the new album via the band's website, as well as listen to a new single, "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)."
