Santana confirms more Vegas residency performances
Guitar virtuoso Santana has added more dates to his intimate Las Vegas show, "Greatest Hits Live: Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow."
The multiple Grammy winner has seven 2012 gigs at the House of Blues in Mandalay Bay, beginning Nov. 7. Since last check, another two dozen performances have been scheduled for next year, kicking off Jan. 19 and extending through a June 2 concert.
Ticket information for the November shows is available now via the musician's website, while general on-sales for the latest additions begin Saturday (9/29).
In May, Santana unveiled "Shape Shifter," his 26th studio effort and first via his own label, Starfaith Records. The 11-song album is mostly instrumental, with one track featuring the vocals of Andy Vargas and Tony Lindsay.
The Mexican-born musician is also slated to unveil his autobiography in 2014 via publisher Little, Brown and Company, according to his website.
