Aerosmith unleashes another "Global Warming" round
Aerosmith is preparing for the second-leg launch of "The Global Warming Tour" this fall, taking place on the heels of the November release of "Music From Another Dimension."
The Steven Tyler-helmed rock outfit kicks off the latest round of shows with a Nov. 8 performance in Oklahoma City, OK. The 14-date outing crisscrosses the nation, making one Canadian stop Nov. 27 in Toronto before the Dec. 13 conclusion in Nashville, TN.
Tickets for the trek, which will feature opening support from Cheap Trick, go on sale Monday (9/24) via Live Nation.
"Music From Another Dimension," Aerosmith's 15th studio set, hits retailers Nov. 6 via Columbia Records. The album, which was recorded in Los Angeles and at the band's Massachusetts studio, marks the band's first collection of all-new material in 11 years. The first two singles, "What Could Have Been Love" and "Lover A Lot," are already on airwaves nationwide. Another track on the effort, "Freedom Fighter," features guest vocals from actor/musician Johnny Depp.
The multiple Grammy winners first began "The Global Warming Tour" earlier this summer, performing sold-out arena shows across the continent.
