Motion City Soundtrack takes "Go" on the road
With a sold-out spring headlining trek now complete, Motion City Soundtrack has announced plans for a fall return in continued support of their recently released "Go."
The rock quintet will kick off the new round of shows with an Oct. 10 performance in Indianapolis. The fall outing, which extends through 28 U.S. cities spread across the continent, wraps up Nov. 18 in the group's home base of Minneapolis..
Tickets for the newly-announced trek, which will include support by Jukebox the Ghost and Now, Now, are on sale now.
A round of U.K. shows will also be revealed soon, according to a press release.
Motion City Soundtrack released "Go," the group's fifth full-length album, last month via Epitaph Records. The effort, which follows 2010's "My Dinosaur Life," features the lead single, "True Romance." The band recorded an alternative version of the track for Journeys and Converse brands, which is currently available for free download at Journeys' website.
