Dates revealed for annual Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival
The first round of dates for the third annual Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival has been confirmed, with Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind and Papa Roach sharing the main stage.
The rock festival gets started Aug. 17 in Kansas City, MO, and works its way through the Midwest before heading east a few shows later. The first leg of the excursion includes 30 stops scattered across the nation through a Sept. 30 performance in Albuquerque, NM.
Tickets for this first round of gigs go on sale June 15 and range in price from $15 to $75, plus applicable fees, according to a press release.
Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind, Papa Roach and Adelitas Way will share the main stage, while P.O.D., Deuce, Fozzy, Redlight King, Mindset Evolution, In This Moment, Thousand Foot Krutch, Candlelight Red and a local Battle of the Bands winner will perform on the Ernie Ball Stage and the Jagermeister Stage. The festival, which is produced by John Reese, John Oakes and CAA in conjunction with Live Nation, will feature afternoon and evening rock performances, a concourse midway and band autograph signings.
