Ozzy, Tony Iommi settle Black Sabbath suit
Ozzy Osbourne and Tony Iommi have agreed to peacefully throw the horns together once again.
The founding singer and guitarist of Black Sabbath have settled their dispute over ownership of the band's name. Osbourne had sued Iommi -- who used the name Heaven and Hell during recent tours with Ronnie James Dio -- in May 2009, accusing the guitarist of falsely claiming he owned the name. "Both parties are glad to put this behind them and to cooperate together for the future and would like it to be known that the issue was never personal, it was always business," they said in a joint statement.
Osbourne will again headline Ozzfest this year, promoting his new album "Scream." Also on the bill are Motley Crue, Rob Halford, Black Label Society and Nonpoint. The itinerary is at right.
