Calexico treats fans to free live album
Tucson, AZ-based indie-rock veterans Calexico have released a live digital album, "Live in Nuremberg," that's being offered up for free.
The concert was recorded last year in Nuremberg, Germany, and is available to download and for streaming at this link.
Calexico played the Nuremberg show in support of the band's latest studio album, 2008's "Carried to Dust."
The group, led by the core duo of Joey Burns and John Convertino, wraps up a two-night stand at New York's City Winery tonight. More North American shows are set through early September, to be followed by a European jaunt.
