Crosby and Nash lengthen spring road trip

Legendary singer/songwriters David Crosby and Graham Nash have tacked more shows onto their hybrid tour of acoustic and electric performances.
The duo, billed as Crosby/Nash, will tour with a four-piece backing band beginning with a March 25 show in Long Beach, CA. Since last check, 22 new dates have been added to excursion, which now crisscrosses the nation before the May 22 conclusion in Stamford, CT. Details are shown at right.
A mixture of acoustic and electric performances can be expected on the outing, according to a statement posted at the Crosby & Nash tour website.
"Touring with a full band gives us the opportunity to do selections from our catalog that Graham and I haven't performed live together before," Crosby said. "We will also be introducing some brand new songs we've written that have never been heard onstage or on record."
The pair has launched their own label, Blue Castle Records, which is slated to release digital and vinyl editions of their 1971 live set, "Another Stoney Evening." The collection, recorded at Los Angeles' Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, will hit retailers March 22.
