Phish, which wrapped up its last tour more than two years ago, is set to play a dozen U.S. arena dates in February.

The band is also scheduled to perform on “The Late Show With David Letterman” on Dec. 19, and will be the musical guest on Saturday Night Live on Dec. 14, during a show that will be hosted by former Vice President Al Gore.

A new Phish studio album--the band’s first since 2000’s “Farmhouse"--is scheduled to hit stores on Dec. 10. According to a posting on the band’s official website, the album--titled “Round Room"--grew from rehearsals for the band’s upcoming New Year’s shows.

The album’s 12 tracks, recorded in four days in October by producer Bryce Goggin (Pavement, The Ramones), clock in at more than 70 minutes.

Phish ends a two-year hiatus with a New Year’s Eve performance at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
