The group’s itinerary includes a performance at Georgia’s Fort Gordon army base, the latest in a handful of dates it has played for U.S. troops; earlier this month, the group performed at naval stations in Iran, Italy and Spain.
Set to hit stores on Nov. 12, “Away from the Sun” features the single “When I’m Gone,” which is streaming at 3 Doors Down’s official website.
“Away from the Sun” is the follow-up to 3 Doors Down’s multi-platinum 2000 debut, “The Better Life.”
