Creed‘s Scott Stapp reportedly appeared to be under the influence of something other than rock ‘n roll during his band’s Sunday (12/29) performance at Allstate Arena near Chicago. Bill Zwecker of the Sun-Times reports that several fans felt “Stapp’s appearance was particularly disturbing given his frequent comments about the evils of drug and alcohol use and his strong religious roots.”
