Keith’s profile has been further raised of late by his starring role in a new advertising campaign for Ford trucks.
“Unleashed," Keith’s latest album, was released in July and has sold nearly 1.2 million copies to date, according to industry sources. Keith co-produced “Unleashed” with his longtime producer James Stroud, who also heads Nashville’s DreamWorks Records.
In the midst of his road work, Keith will take time out to perform at the 36th Annual CMA Awards, which are set to be handed out on Nov. 6. Keith won the 2001 CMA Award for Male Vocalist of the Year.
Keith is also scheduled to host Nashville’s portion of the CBS Thanksgiving Day morning parade special. The special will include parades from Detroit, Honolulu, New York and Nashville.
