Two years after the release of its major-label debut, Taproot returns with 12 new tracks produced by Toby Wright (Alice In Chains, Korn, Metallica) and mixed by Andy Wallace (Nirvana, Foo Fighters). In a press release, singer/guitarist Stephen Richards gives Wright credit for the new album’s sense of experimentation. The record would not be the same if he hadn’t pushed us the way he did,” Richards said. “He deserves props for making us search for the best music we had inside us.”
