Further featuring Phil Lesh and Bob Weir, The Black Keys,and Kings of Leon are among the dozens of acts tapped for the first-ever BottleRock Festival in California's Napa Valley.

The four-day festival, slated for May 9-12, will feature more than 60 acts spread across a walkable two-mile area of the popular wine country escape along the Napa River. Live music and comedy will mix with 40-plus wineries, as well as food from area restaurants.

Producers with Will Power Entertainment are estimating roughly 35,000 visitors each day, according to the Times-Herald, to see the likes of Zac Brown Band, Jackson Browne, Cake, Jane's Addiction, The Flaming Lips, Richard Thompson, Bad Religion and Tift Merritt, among others.

The weekend extravaganza will kick off with a separate benefit performance May 8 by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.

Tickets for both the benefit and passes to the four-day event are on sale now at the BottleRock website.
