Paul McCartney, Mumford & Sons and Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers have been tapped to headline the 12th annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival this summer.

Paul McCartney, Mumford & Sons and Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers have been tapped to headline the 12th annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival this summer.

Slated for June 13-16 in Manchester, TN, the four-day music and arts extravaganza will feature more than 125 bands and 20 comedians performing on 13 stages. The lineup also includes Bjork, Wilco, R. Kelly, Wu-Tang Clan, Billy Idol, The National, The Lumineers, Passion Pit and The XX, among others. The full list of announced acts is shown below.

Tickets for the festival go on sale Feb. 23 at the event's website. Fans can choose between general admission and VIP tickets, as well as camping and RV passes.

Along with traditional music stages, Bonnaroo will also feature a comedy tent; a cinema tent with screenings and Q&As with directors and actors; The Academy, with workshops in art, percussion, break dancing and more; sustainability workshops at Planet Roo; and Broo'ers Festival, with more than 20 breweries represented.
