Just a few days ahead of the festival kick-off, Blink-182 has pulled out of their Saturday night spot at New Jersey's Bamboozle Festival so that drummer Travis Barker can undergo and recover from an emergency tonsillectomy.

My Chemical Romance will take over the May 19 spot ahead of headlining act Foo Fighters, according to the festival website.

Blink-182 also postponed their May 10 and 11 concerts at Winstar Casino in Thackerville, OK; those shows have been rescheduled for Sept. 13 and 14, and tickets for the original dates will be honored for the respective evenings.

The pop-punk act has cancelled six other dates, beginning with a May 15 performance in Rochester, NY, and extending through a May 22 gig in Quebec City, Quebec. Those dates will not be rescheduled, according to the band's website, where the full list of affected shows is available.

The Bamboozle Festival will celebrate its 10th anniversary May 18-20 in Asbury Park, NJ, with Skrillex, Foo Fighters and Bon Jovi slated to headline the three nights. Single-day passes and three-day wristbands are still available, along with the full lineup, at the event's website.
