Kanye West drops the knowledge on Twitter
Since firing up his Twitter account on Wednesday morning (7/28), Kanye West has covered a lot of ground in 140 characters or less.
The rapper, who's been a prolific blogger for years but had disparaged Twitter in the past, amassed more than 300,000 followers during his first two days online. He's obviously found an easy comfort level with the microblogging format, churning out nearly 100 tweets to date.
West already has inspired the #PredictingKanyeTweets meme, apparently birthed by comic Aziz Ansari. Example: "Damn I wish Hermes made edible snacks, Cheezits just ain't dope enough for my mouth." (West re-tweeted that one, from Ansari, and some others.)
