May 5, 2000 - update: Venues have been confirmed for all but three of the 25 cities that will be visited by the Dr. Dre-fronted “Up In Smoke” tour, which will also feature Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Eminem, and Warren G. The tour opens on June 15 near San Diego, and will run for seven weeks.
April 23, 2000 - Plans are unfolding for the Dr. Dre Hip Hop 2000 Tour, which will feature N.W.A. members Dr. Dre, MC Ren and Ice Cube, as well as Snoop Dogg, The Eastsidaz, Eminem, Warren G and Westside Connection. The tour is scheduled to get underway on June 15 and is expected to visit up to 40 arenas.
