Grammy winner Cyndi Lauper is celebrating her 25-year career with a fall trek alongside Dr. John dubbed the 'From Memphis to Mardi Gras Tour.' The outing is named for her 11th studio set, 'Memphis Blues,' which dropped last summer and spent 14 weeks atop the Billboard Top Blues Albums chart. Her new live concert DVD, 'To Memphis, With Love,' was released Tuesday (10/25). San Francisco's 11th annual Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival took place once again in the city's beloved Golden Gate Park over the weekend (9/30-10/2). This year's event was dedicated to the memory of Hazel Dickens, a pioneering Appalachian bluegrass singer, songwriter and guitarist who died in April. Photo highlights from all three days of the 11th annual Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival Friday - Sunday, September 30 - October 2 in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. The event's lineup featured such names as Chris Isaak, John Prine, Dr. John, Robert Plant and the Band of Joy, Kris Kristofferson & Merle Haggard, Gillian Welch, Broken Social Scene, Blind Boys of Alabama, Bob Mould, Bright Eyes, M. Ward, Fitz and the Tantrums, and even Buckethead among others.

The 27th annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony, held Monday night (3/14) at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City, switched it up a bit this year.
