June 25, 2010 - For the first time in his storied career, guitarist Adrian Belew will perform with a symphony orchestra. The Metropole Orchestra will play his five-movement piece "E," recently recorded with his Power Trio, at Amsterdam's Paradisio hall on Feb. 27, 2011, with Belew as guest guitarist.

April 25, 2000 - The continually enigmatic King Crimson will release its 12th studio album, "The ConstruKction of Light" (Virgin Records) on May 23rd, with a European tour commencing on May 27th. The band will warm up for the tour with sold-out May 19-21 performances at Nashville's 12th & Porter Playroom.
February 8, 2000 - Guitarist/songwriter Adrian Belew has just released "Coming Attractions" on New York's Thirsty Ear label. The record contains sneak previews of his upcoming album--currently called "NewBelew"--as well as rare demos and live versions of previously released material like "Inner Revolution" and "People," which was recorded with King Crimson.
