LONDON--Alarm frontman Mike Peters and the Alarm 2000, a backing band "playing tribute" to the original group, are to head out on a major tour of America's West Coast and Britain beginning in October. It will be the first time that Peters--who originally formed the group in Rhyl, Wales, in 1981 with David Sharp, Eddie MacDonald and Nigel Twist--has played with a full electric band in the U.S. since 1992.
