December 20, 2000 - LONDON--Popsters S Club 7 added four new dates to their U.K. tour after over 100,000 tickets were reported to have sold out in less than 24 hours.
December 7, 2000 - LONDON--Pop group S Club 7 will embark on its first tour of the U.K. and Ireland next May. Tickets go on sale on Dec. 15, according to the group’s official website.
June 26, 2000 - After several weeks in the top 5 of the Official U.K. Album Chart, rapper Eminem’s “The Marshall Mathers LP” made the jump to the list’s top spot on Sunday (6/25). The album has been No. 1 on the U.S. charts for four consecutive weeks.
June 19, 2000 - LONDON-- S Club 7 showed why it deserved to be named Best British Newcomer at this year’s Brit Awards, as its second album "7" entered the Official U.K. Album Chart at No. 1 on Sunday (6/18). The band knocked Welsh singer Tom Jones’ covers album "Reload" down one notch to No. 2 while Eminem’s latest album "The Marshall Mathers LP" fell one place to No. 3.
