Jacksonville, Fla., pop station WAPE-FM announced that ‘N Sync, 98 Degrees, Sisqo, Jessica Simpson, Mandy Moore, Destiny’s Child, Pink, Vitamin C, the A-Teens, Don Phillip, Boyz N Girlz United and P.Y.T. will be on the bill for the station’s Biggest Concert in the World, scheduled to take place on Aug. 13 at Jacksonville Coliseum.

Dr. Dre has made good on a threat to file a federal lawsuit against the city of Detroit following a dispute over a five-minute video that typically opens Dre's "Up In Smoke" tour. The rapper's suit, filed on Friday (6/14) alleges that Dre's civil rights were violated when authorities allegedly threatened to shut down a July 6 concert at the Detroit-owned Joe Louis Arena if the video was shown. The $25 million suit names the city of Detroit, two police officials and the Mayor's press secretary.
