October 12, 1999 - Veteran Windham Hill recording artists David Arkenstone and Liz Story top the bill for the label's 1999-2000 Winter Solstice Tour, which opens Nov. 26 in Ann Arbor, Mich. The bill will also feature guitarist Sean Harkness, harpist Lisa Lynne, and the female new age trio Angels of Venice.
