The deal with prosecutors was struck just hours after they filed drunken driving charges against the Bon Jovi guitarist.
March 27, 2008 - Richie Sambora reportedly was arrested just before 11 p.m. Tuesday (3/25) for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. The Bon Jovi guitarist was arrested in Laguna Beach, CA, after an officer noticed his black Hummer weaving in traffic lanes, according to the Associated Press.
