May 8, 2003 - Influential hip-hop group Arrested Development, which called it quits in 1996 but reunited in 2000 to record a new album and tour Japan, is planning its first U.S. tour in more than seven years.
November 23, 1999 - TVT Records, hoping to spur Internet-users to purchase its music online, have made upwards of 1,500 tracks available as free downloads in a promotion that runs through Dec. 31. The campaign, dubbed "Downloadable Christmas," features songs in the Microsoft Windows Media format that will time-out after 60 days.
