August 11, 2003 - Dave Matthews releases his solo debut album, "Some Devil," on Sept. 23. Stephen Harris, who turned the knobs on the Dave Matthews Band's "Busted Stuff," produced the set.
May 11, 2000 - Staind and P.O.D. will co-headline the first MTV Return of the Rock Tour, named for the weekday block of rock music programming that airs on the cable network. Dope and Crazy Town will fill out the bill for the 12-date club tour, which runs June 14-29.
November 22, 1999 - Hard-touring industrial rockers Sevendust, who have logged more than 300 shows in the last couple of years, have announced a series of club dates leading up to their slot on the upcoming mini-tour with Metallica. The band is currently touring in Europe behind their sophomore album, "Home" (TVT), which was released in August.
