November 22, 2006 - Eric Clapton will kick off the second leg of his North American tour Feb. 28 in Dallas, hitting 11 states in the Southwest, Midwest and on the West Coast, as well three Canadian provinces. Robert Cray will again open, as he did on Clapton's recent East Coast dates.
